Big Air is a small, family owned and operated heating and air conditioning contractor and we are fully licensed and insured. We provide quality service to residential, industrial, and commercial clients in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We install and service Trane energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems. Our expert installers and technicians are dedicated to working with you to implement a solution that meets your needs.

Big Air was founded by Michael Santa Maria in January 2001. After 20+ years working in the HVAC trade, Michael established many important contacts from which he was able to base his business. Big Air specializes in residential and commercial new installations and change-outs. We now employ 12 people.
Michael's wife Jennifer, CFO and Office Manager, takes care of all Big Air's office matters. The company prides itself on its excellent customer service and high quality installations.
The Santa Maria family are residents of Martinez.
