Thank you very much for a job well done! You and your crew were just great recently when you replaced our furnace, air conditioning and duct work due to our damage from floodwaters.
We appreciated how you all operated as a 'tight ship' and everything was done just as we were told it would be. Your crew was a pleasure to have around! Please pass onto Chris, Mike, Jose and Ron how impressed we were with their workmanship, cleanliness and courtesy at EVERY turn. We felt they all were willing to 'go that extra mile' while on our job.

Dear Mike,
We cannot thank the excellent Big Air team enough for the excellent quality job they did installing our new furnace and air conditioner unit. It was a complicated job that included upgrading gas pipes and ducts. Ron McClure did a very thorough job in analyzing our situation and educating us on the choices available. He helped us make the best choice, and set us at ease throughout the process.
Obviously the confidence is justified, becuase your great installation crew made the whole job run smoothly, like a well tuned machine. The crew was able to remove the old units, replace and re-route the gas pipes and ductwork, as well as install the new units with excellent quality workmanship all in one day. They were also very careful about keeping things around the house from getting dirty, and totally cleaning up at the end.
These are standards that every customer should expect, and yet rarely occur. I'm glad Big Air has that kind of outstanding integrity and pride in their craftmanship. We are sure to find lasting happiness with the new system Big Air installed. Thanks again everybody at Big Air.

LOVE my new central heat system! There is not a cold spot in the entire house. So far, the heating runs at least 50% less than my old wall heaters. Am looking forward to seeing how the cooling system runs this summer.
Your installers were courteous and made every attempt to keep the "mess" at a minimum. I'm only sorry I waited so long!

Gentlemen,
This week I received by second PG&E bill since you worked on my heating unit. The reduction in my heat bill has been dramatic. That saving is complimented with the increased comfort we have experienced from a system that now appears to be operating efficiently.
We had two other heating contractors, who service many in Rossmoor, who recommended 1) a thorough professsional vacuuming of the unit in our closet as the solution and 2) a $4500 replacement of ducts. Neither effort would not have solved the problem.
Jose, although he indicated he did not have a great deal of experience with heat pumps, attacked the problem with focused steps and I was impressed with his effort and the results. Please convey my appreciation to him. Michael and his co-workers also did well installing the enclosed return at the furnace and sealing each of the outlets where they entered the house.

A very straight forward and professional home estimate. When deciding on purchase I was scheduled for install within a week. That's service.
